الملخص

Acquiring religious education is the basic right of every human being. Islam does not give this right only to men, but wherever it guides the education and training of men, it also encourages the proper education and good training of women so that only men can not have a monopoly on religious education or religious instructions. The universal religious teachings of Islam call for equipping both men and women with education. This is the reason why in the history of Muslims, religious education has been given an important place to women in the society and they have never been deprived of religious education. Therefore, according to the circumstances in every era, the arrangement of women's religious education has been among the priorities of Muslims. Islam does not encourage to be cut off from the world, therefore it is their basic right for women to get contemporary education according to their era only where they need religious education. It is the responsibility of the Muslim Ummah to provide them with an education that is compatible with contemporary requirements. That is why, when the Federation of Religious Madrasas was established in Pakistan, where they set the curriculum for men and opened madrasas, they also arranged for women's education and separate madrasas were made for them. In this paper, it has been examined that the five major federations that are included under the Union of Madrasahs, and the extent to which the curriculum taught in the women's education madrasas that they have started, is in line with contemporary requirements and modernity. Compatible with ? Is there a need for change or not? The writer has come to the conclusion that the curriculum taught in madrasahs under these five federations requires a major change, which is an important need of the times.
