An analysis of the research on the removal of the head of state in Pakistan's constitution in the context of Islamic politics

The government and the ruler have an important role in establishing Islamic Scholar, ESED KPK justice and peace and order in a country. If the ruler (head) of the country is honest, trustworthy and just, then surely his government and country policies should include the establishment of justice and the prevention of oppression. And if the running of the country goes into the hands of a cruel, corrupt and dishonest person, then the life of the people becomes haram. That is why it is necessary to have a constitution to run the government system. In which the ruler of the country is bound by various laws in running the government so that the ruler does not violate the people's rights through oppression and abuse in the drunkenness of the government. It is done in different countries of the world in different ways. At the moment, the world's famous government system is democracy, which can be divided into two types. Parliamentary democracy and presidential democracy. In Pakistan, the parliamentary democratic system is prevalent, according to which all kinds of powers are with the Prime Minister. However, the President will have the right to preside over the National Assembly. It is as if the Prime Minister will be the head of the state of Pakistan. The person who gets a two-thirds majority in the National Assembly can become the Prime Minister. The Constitution of Pakistan also deals with the President and the Prime Minister. There are also guidelines for impeachment. Now it is a matter of research that to what extent the laws of impeachment of the head of state i.e. President or Prime Minister in the Constitution of Pakistan are in accordance with Islamic politics and teachings, or how to adapt them to the political principles of Islam.
