Abstract

The orientalists got recognition when the West became the custodian of the World affairs due to their scientific and Educational development. When they occupied areas of Asia and Europe they studied culture and civilization, they focused on Quran, Hadith, Fiqah Islamic Law and Sharia. He criticized on different topic of Islamic law, such as hudood and tazirat .The author of the Book expresses his views on different types of crimes and sins. He wrote that an Islamic law there is no proper punishment for the offences. In this Article some objections on the Islamic Law of the Orientalist N.J Coulson will be responded academically.
