Ijma is an important source according to the research opinion of Sharia، Ijma is said to be agreed upon by the mujtahids of the Ummah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) after his death. Ijma gained the status of a formal argument in the 3rd century AD. Like other arguments, Ijma also faced opposition and objection from the beginning, this process started with the Mu’tazila system, and it continues till the present day. The doubts of the deniers are included in a new paragraph The nature of these doubts is an important task to assess their status. For this task, finding the objections of the deniers from their primary sources such as Dr. Javed Ahmed Ghamdi's book Maqamat and Dr. Rashid Shaz's book The Right Place of Fiqh in Islam will be done from there. To review their modern doubts and present their answers and solutions and to restore the position of consensus and to bring out the possible practical forms of consensus in the present era. These are the main goals of this article,
